Ordering Info

Each bat or billet that is produced in our factory is made to order. Once a bat order is placed, the square is carefully selected, doweled and inspected, turned, cupped (if ordered), engraved (if ordered), and then your order is prepared for shipment. No bats are produced until they are ordered.

We also produce billets within our own factory and never order stock from outside sources to fill orders. We hand select the logs, process them in our mill, dry the squares in our kiln, S4S each square, and then dowel them as needed to order.

Each order, whether bat or billet, is done as quickly as possible though there may be times when we are busier than others and in our busier baseball season there may be a time delay from the placement of your order until your order ships.

From January through May there may be a fourteen day delay from the time you place your order until it ships. This is our busiest time of the year and we are producing both bats and billets in heavy quantities at this time. Please be aware that if you order during this time there may be a two week delay especially for larger orders.

From June through December most orders are generally filled within one week. During the off-season orders are able to be filled more quickly so there is often very little delay.

As always, we strive to fill all orders as quickly as possible but want you to be aware of our production schedule and possible time frames for delivery of your bats or billets.  We update order status with delivery confirmation or tracking information as soon as each item ships to let you know that it's on the way!
